- If the LED light flashes and the wireless charging dock cannot charge my phone, how can I deal with this problem?

 

  • Make sure your device has wireless charging function before using this iPhone docking charger.
  • Check whether you use the included 18W QC 3.0 adapter and USB-A to C cable while charging.
  • Have a test with other USB-A to C cables.
  • Check whether there are magnetic, metal attachments and other foreign objects on your phone case, as it will cause the indicator light’s flashing and abnormal charging.
  • Unplug and re-plug the adapter and cable to restart the wireless charger.
